Catherine LaSalle

Currently based in Los Angeles, California, Catherine is a graduate of the Tyler School of Art (2019) with a BFA in Painting and Drawing and a minor in Art History. She received the Dean's scholarship for her high school portfolio, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, LaSalle is also an actress known for her role as Padme Amidala in YouTube’s VADER Fan Series, Episode 1: Shards Of The Past (2018) directed by Danny Ramirez. She stars alongside John O’Hurley, Dennis Jeantet, and John Giordano in the short film Another Man’s Trash, which takes place in Philadelphia and promotes the hunger-relief efforts of Philabundance.

Most recently, Catherine can be seen in a leading role in director Russ Emanuel’s Staycation (retitled to Apocalypse Death Party) which stars veterans such as Sean Kenney and Olivia D’abo. She has also enjoyed on-set experience behind the scenes, serving as an Associate Producer for the short film Colored River (dir. Olivia Celine), as well as Key PA on the set of Now What?, which stars John O’Hurley, Barbara Goodson, and Maralyn Facey.

Catherine operates and produces a self-titled YouTube channel, where she has amassed over sixty-thousand subscribers creating content centered around film and television commentary, while occasionally documenting her artistic processes.
